I’m Erika Martin. I’m an early childhood educator with nearly a decade of experience. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters Degree in School Leadership, as well as my administrator license.
I’ve spent 7 years in the elementary classroom teaching 1st and 3rd grade. I now work as an instructional coach for 3rd – 5th grade teachers. This role allows me to work closely with teachers and students while also presenting and facilitating Professional Development. Along with my current role I actively teach and tutor students virtually through various platforms like Outschool. In my spare time (ha!) I create and sell classroom materials on Teachers Pay Teachers.
